Why is this July Full Moon special?
The July Moon is notable because it will have two new Moons: the first rises on July 2 and the second on July 31. A second New Moon in a single calendar month has come to be called a “Black Moon,” This is going to be the busiest Full
Moon of the year! This moon will signal rejuvenation from the last two weeks of intensity, stemming from the July New Moon. The July 3rd New Moon in the Sun's sign Leo, brought us this sunny, happy, warm energy capable of lighting up a room or negating feelings of darkness or fear. The New Moon is known to be the beginning of a cycle, thought to make clear a certain subconscious theme in people for the next couple weeks or so.
The planet Aspects at the time of a New Moon, Full Moon, or Eclipses are known to be a sign at least, or a physical source of energy that literally pulls us in a certain direction at most. An eclipse is an event that makes clear whatever energy it touches in the collective consciousness, like a delayed reaction, sending a wave of energy through everyone for months. Through history, Eclipses have been known to be those
‘wildcard’ times of sudden endings and beginnings. Every 18 years, the
same Eclipse family repeats itself, so remember the year 2001? You will
now see a similar theme return, though this time you have some
experience under your belt. If you are too young to remember, keep a
journal this Eclipse Season so you can refer back to years later.
July 3rd was a Solar Eclipse in Cancer and
July 17th we have a Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn. Because Eclipse
Season is so powerful, we will see the impact of them in the months
surrounding July. This pair of eclipses in July will set a brand new pattern for
your year ahead and perhaps much longer!
What to Expect:
It will feel like time warp. Something likely will be eclipsed out of your life and there will exciting opportunities to meet – a new beginning will emerge. Eclipses will sync you up to a life path that is more aligned with who you really are (even though all of this may seem super inconvenient at the time). The Solar Eclipse in Cancer
will point you in a direction of heart opening and more softness in

Cancer rules the emotional body. However you will also need to be ready
to stand up for your position and face opposition as the Eclipse opposes
stern Saturn. There will be a pull into an old work pattern or habit
and you’ll need to value your own health and spirit - turning a new
leaf.
The Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn will
ask you to release certain roles and old work patterns that you have
outgrown. They are simply not in alignment with who you are anymore.
Saturn and Pluto align with the south node showing a release of the
structures which have held you back in the past. This may be a process

First
off, get comfortable with the idea of change and change being a good
thing. Something will be eclipsed out of your life to make room for a
new beginning and you will need to allow this to happen. It’s best to go
with the cosmic current and wait to see what comes in with the tide
before you make any major decisions.
Observe, listen and know that you
will be supported when you’re on board with change. Of course this may
not be comfortable or easy, so you will need to be brave. Give yourself
lots of breathing room to process. Most importantly, surround yourself
with high vibe people and trust the eclipses to do their cosmic magic.
